Cancellation Policy

 Clients canceling or changing an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $30 fee prior to rescheduling. 
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and not be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals 

  15 minutes or less late to your appointment, remaining time will be used to complete as much as possible and you will still be charged full price for the scheduled service. 

 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee, your appointment must be rescheduled and a 50% deposit will be required at time of rescheduling.   

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
